Hello Everyone! Today message is short...Live in the Moment. On my work today, from the time I left the house until I stepped into the office, there were multiple hurdles for me to slow down. I slowly began to become impatient with all the "inconveniences" that was occurring. After finally arriving at my desk, practicing a few asanas and quieting my mind to let go of what happened earlier, I could tell my mood was changing to a more positive one. 

I needed to remember to live in the moment. That things happen for a reason. To be present and wait to get where I need to be instead of rushing. Anything worth having in life is worth the wait. We will be able to have what we're searching for longer than a moment if we just slow down. This is something I;m still working on, but I will continue to stay in the moment, instead of rushing to get to the future, because at its correct time we'll get there.
